To that end GWHS operators are extensively trained in all aspects of representing your practice. Newly trained operators are closely monitored once they begin answering patient calls. Experienced operators are routinely monitored to assure continued high quality service. All operators receive additional training if your office rules are modified or if we upgrade any of our equipment or procedures. Our training program is conducted by licensed medical professionals. New operators must exhibit proficiency in all aspects of our business before they are allowed to answer your office's calls.
